The inspiration for this art deco style image came from a world-class exhibit of French born sculptor Gaston Lachaise (1882 – 1935) at the Portland Art Museum in 2017.

Note: The sculpture title was misspelled at the foundry and not discovered until very long after.  Oh well, c’est la vie, c’est le art (such is life, such is art).
